The Padre goes to Hollywood - and we don't mean E3

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Feardemic sp. z o.o., a Polish based publisher and developer of computer games and associated intellectual property, today signed an agreement with Santa Monica based Nowy Unlimited LLC, a United States based agency specializing in the representation of intellectual property to film studios, with view to developing the Feardemic published game title “One Shell Straight to Hell” and predominately the games protagonist “The Padre” into an attractive package for film and TV production companies.

Announced to media on June 1st, “One Shell Straight to Hell” pits a heavily armed Padre Alexander against hordes of demons and the possessed in an isometric dungeon crawling, rogue-lite twin stick shooter with a heavy helping of base defense mechanics and a surly attitude. Developed by Shotgun with Glitters, “One Shell Straight to Hell” is a completely new spin on the art of exorcism and demon hunting. It’s main protagonist, Padre Alexander, is a world-famous strong man of the papal order, a renowned presenter at Vatican TV, Exorcist at International Association of Exorcists and the worlds one and only internationally licensed demon hunting priest. Simply known as the Padre to his friends and foes alike, he is a bad-ass demon hunter and a man of the cloth. He is no ordinary priest, being sarcastic towards God, church and most of all human and demonic behavior. He is not quite sane as an ordinary person but his insights into human life and tragedy can sometimes resonate with everyman.

Both Feardemic and Nowy are excited by the potential of the Padre character and its ability to translate to a multi-dimensional character for either Film or TV Screens.
