Feardemic Weekly Round-Up #6

We are past the middle of August, the time that many countries consider the heart of the summer. People are enjoying their last days of leisure before having to go back to dealing with the unavoidable dread of mundanity. Soon, video games will once again be the coping mechanism of choice for many. Among those many, a selected niche of weirdos considers immersing themselves into the most unspeakable fictional horrors a more desirable choice than facing reality. And is exactly for the latter that we are working even during this month.

This is going to be the last "quiet" Feardemic Weekly Round-Up, as the next ones will see so many announcements that we'll probably need to hire someone to make sure everyone across our channels will be able to keep themselves updated (actually, we did).

News from the house of horror

DARQ continues to rack up acclaims from consumers and critiques alike. This week, the biggest recognition comes from the media outlet Cultured Vultures, which nominated DARQ as the third best horror game available on PlayStation 5.

Interestingly, this isn't the first endorsement to DARQ from Cultured Vultures: just a few months ago they nominated DARQ as the third-best game for Xbox Series X|S right after The Medium and Observer: System Redux. And what do those three games have in common? You guessed it: Bloober Team (in case you have been living under a rock, Bloober Team is our parent company). Therefore, upon reading that article, we got an idea: creating a bundle of all three top three Xbox horror games, which will soon be released.

Whoops, spoiler.
