Feardemic, a horror game publisher is about to kick off their showcase, Feardemic’s Fear Fest, hosted by no other but Hunter Peterson, the voice of the SCP Explained series. The fear-tastic showcase will feature exclusive announcements, trailers for Feardemic’s upcoming titles as well as exciting news about the already released ones. The lineup includes the psychological horror Dark Fracture, dubbed one of the most anticipated horror games of 2022 by Bloody Disgusting, the chilling survival strategy game based on true events that will surely make your blood run cold, Terror: Endless Night, a vibrant metroidvaniac extravaganza, Cosmic: A Journey Among Shadows, the critically-acclaimed indie darling, DARQ, an old-school retro shooter all about getting the highest score, Cathedral: 3-D, and last but not least, a horror/ drama visual novel series Perseverance, that recently unveiled the demo for Part 2 at Steam Next Fest, to warm reception. Those are only the announced titles, however, and who knows what else they got in store…
But while games are the meat of the event, it’s always nice to take a peek into the kitchen. Well, Feardemic will do you one better, and let you hear straight from the chefs, who cooked up these horrifyingly delicious steaks. One of the main features of Fear Fest are Deep Dives with developers behind their wonderful titles, aimed at answering all of your burning questions and helping you put a face to a face-hugger. You’ll get to pick the brain of the genius renaissance man, Wlad Marhulets, gaze into the bone-chilling studios of Unseen Silence (and even hear from Terror’s producer, Aleksandra Godek herself), explore the dark corners of the twisted (heh) mind behind Dark Fracture, Nissai Becker of Twisted II Studio, and hear from Łukasz Wiśniewski and Mateusz Bielicki about their respective babies, Cosmic and Cathedral: 3-D.

Dark Fracture is an upcoming psychological horror experience in which you’ll explore an ever-changing world where the unkind reality of the body farm and a world of horrors inspired by the works of ones such as H.R. Giger collide. Set in the late 90s in a forested area of the Northeastern USA, Dark Fracture brings you into the eerie environment of a body farm – a decomposition research facility. The game’s prologue came out to an enormously warm reception, soo much so that it was named one of the most anticipated horror games of 2022 by portal Bloody Disgusting. Cosmic: A Journey Among Shadows is an action-adventure game set in a multilayered universe where light and shadow dictate its metaphysical rules. The player controls Cosmic, a seemingly cute yet mischievous being who lost his best friend - his own shadow. Now he must fight his way through space and time with the help of a shadow of a much greater beast, who isn’t too happy about their loss.
About Terror: Endless Night
Terror: Endless Night is a turn-based strategy game set in the cold seas of the Arctic circle in XIX century. The game takes you aboard a rescue ship in search of HMS “Terror” and HMS “Erebus”, Royal Navy vessels on a mission to sail under the North Pole and reach East Asia. You were chosen to lead that expedition but let your son take your place and make a name for himself. Now he’s missing and you find yourself trapped in the middle of the Arctic Ocean, rid with immeasurable guilt.
About DarQ
DARQ is a critically acclaimed surrealist horror adventure filled with mind-bending puzzles and set to hauntingly beautiful music written by the ever so talented Wlad Marhulets, who also created the game almost entirely by himself. DARQ tells the story of a little boy named Lloyd who’s trapped in a lucid nightmare. Help him decipher the meaning of his dreams and find a way to escape from a nightmare he can’t wake up from.

Cathedral 3-D is a fast-paced, arcade, single-player, endless arena inspired by the early 3-D shooters. On the day of FFF, Cathedral’s developer will reveal his new game, and to commemorate this occasion, Cathedral 3-D will go free to play.
